OVHcloud — EU DSA transparency (hosting intermediary)
OVHcloud (OVH Groupe SAS) is Europe's largest cloud and hosting provider. As an infrastructure host under the EU Digital Services Act, its transparency report covers not content removals — it cannot see or selectively remove customer data — but the authority orders it received from EU member states and the illegal-content notices submitted through its Article 16 abuse form. Of the 3,296,689 total reports it received in 2024, 923,765 (28%) fell within DSA scope; the remaining 2,372,924 were out of scope. Data-protection reports (personal_data, 4,642) are excluded from the DSA-scope total because they are not DSA “illegal content.” Figures cover the period 17 Feb – 31 Dec 2024. Pin a section before aggregating: order counts, notice counts and rate metrics are not comparable, and notice_totals already sums the per-category notices.

Caveats
Self-reported by OVHcloud. Unlike Article 15/24 filings from online platforms, this report is a narrative PDF, not the DSA harmonised template, so figures are transcribed rather than machine-read. In the source, France's order count is printed “3 339” and Belgium's “2932” — reproduced here as-is. As an infrastructure host, OVHcloud reports orders and notices received, not content removals. Data-protection (personal_data) reports are counted separately and excluded from the DSA-scope total because they are not DSA “illegal content.”
