TikTok — Community Guidelines Enforcement Report

TikTok's flagship voluntary transparency report — how much violating content it removed, how proactively, and how fast, quarterly since 2020 Q3. Distinct from TikTok's law-mandated DSA report and its government / legal-request disclosures (both carried separately here), the CGER is TikTok's analogue of Meta's Community Standards Enforcement Report. Headline metrics: total videos removed (plus accounts, comments, fake engagement, LIVE), the proactive removal rate (share removed before any user report), removal speed (before any views / within 24 hours), and videos restored. A tidy-long dataset: each row is one measured value identified by period × metric × policy × moderation task. Rates are fractions of 1 (never summed); the policy and task breakdowns each carry an All total, so this page shows one grain at a time. Global figures only.
